Oksasen Puutarha is a family-owned company known for its high-quality salads and herbs, which produces versatile and healthy local food from the pure Finnish countryside. In our greenhouses in Paattinen, Oripää and Hamina, we grow more than 20 million different salads and herbs every year. Our head office is located in Paattinen.
We are looking for summer workers for our greenhouses
Come and spend the summer in a sunny and comfortable working environment! At the greenhouses, you will be able to do a wide range of horticultural tasks, such as:
- planting salads
- refurbishment of products
- packaging
We will familiarize you with the tasks, so previous experience is not necessary. An enthusiastic and brisk approach to work is enough – previous experience in the gardening industry is considered an advantage.
Practical matters related to summer jobs:
- Working hours: 30–40 h/week
- Working time: from May to September, start and duration can be agreed
- We appreciate the willingness to work for a longer period (e.g. 2 months)
- Shifts are mainly Mon–Fri–Sat 06:00–14:30, but there may be variation
- The work requires good basic fitness and dexterity
- There is no accommodation at the workplace
- You need your own means of transport for commuting (public transport is not suitable for all shifts)
- Salary according to the collective agreement for the horticultural sector
- The applicant must be at least 15 years old

- Paattinen: interviews will be held at the garden on Saturday 3.2026 and 21.3.2026
- Hamina: interview dates will be agreed separately with the applicant
